Members of the Junior League of Cedar Rapids (JLCR) hit the airwaves Tues., July 24 to promote EIEIO County Fair Day and the organization in general. Ellen Ramsey-Kacena, 2007-2008 JLCR President, and Lu Barron, 2006-2007 JLCR Sustainer President, were interviewed on “What’s Happening? with Ryan Schlader” on AM 600 WMT.

During the first half-hour, Dawn Svenson, Guaranty Bank’s Marketing Communications Director, joined Ellen Ramsey-Kacena to promote EIEIO County Fair Day. The familyoriented event is scheduled for Sat., July 28. The Junior League of Cedar Rapids and Guaranty Bank sponsor the event.
